“A good work life balance is essential to me. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two young children. We lead an active outdoor lifestyle. We enjoy walks in the country with our family dog, cooking and spending time socialising with friends and family. I am very committed to maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle and am a firm believer in the benefits of exercise to promote a healthy body and mind. I am an avid runner and enter road and trail races through the year to give my training a real focus.”
