Dee has worked behind the scenes as our Virtual Assistant since early 2021. Dee is a strong advocate for Mental Health, working with charities such as CALM and Mind over the years. She studied Psychology at University and now teaches Yoga classes with a focus on using the practice to help regulate the nervous system. Dee also has a background in Events Management and Administration.
Dee is based in Edinburgh and can mostly be found practicing yoga, doing sea dips down at the beach or hiking in the mountains. She is a firm believer in the benefits of getting outdoors and moving your body!
