“Outside of work I also focus largely on the relationships in my life, and with a young family, this means a lot of time is spent with my husband and children. With two busy boys, we are often out and about, scooting, walking, swimming or generally playing, and love to regularly see our friends and families. As a mindfulness teacher, I also have a mindfulness practice which I find essential for my well-being.”
